Central Design Co. creates layouts and visualizations to picture the space & narrow down design direction. Packets available based off project scope & client needs. We give you the design at your fingertips to give to Contractors or Architects and bring your vision to life! We can also stay in the design process to help project manage & create final design layouts for build out. Along with design services and project management offerings, we offer handy man services to help your accomplish your project goals.
Interior Design Services
Central Design Co. offers packets for different project scopes. An initial meeting will be needed prior to choosing which packet is recommended. Consultation meetings can be held in-person or virtually. Packets are based on project scope.
Room & Vision Board Packet
This packet is ideal for the beginning stages of the design process. Multiple rooms can be included with this packet.

Single Room Packet
This packet is ideal for the beginning stages of a small room, i.e. a small bathroom or office. Only one room included with this packet.

2D floor plan (may be included depending on scope)
Final Design Packet
This packet is to be utilized after design concept has been approved with Room & Vision Board Packet or Single Room Packet. Typically for use for construction purposes. Packets above must be chosen prior to this packet.

These services can be purchase individually or combined with any of our packets. Ideal of additional items that are needed for a project or a small room change. Additional services can be

In this meeting we will discuss design inspiration. Visit to site may be necessary.
PACKET OR SERVICE PRESENTATION
Meeting to review packet or additional services option & determine design.
If changes, revisions will be needed.
FINAL PLAN
Clients can choose to keep us in the design process. Visit to site may be necessary.
Final design packet must be included for this service.
Who Are We?
Interior Designer/Owner
Our owner Danielle Moerman has a B.A.A in Interior Design and minor in Art from Central Michigan University. She's been in the field for over 12 years & has experience with renovations in both residential and commercial design! Danielle's skill set is creating renderings so you can see your space before it comes to life.
Project Manager/Co-Owner
Our co-owner Clay Moerman has experience in project management and facility management. He has experience in the building industry, both residential and commercial. Labeled as the 'jack of all trades', Clay can assist with not only overseeing your project goes smoothly from start to finish, but also coordinate vendors & complete handy man services.
